With the arrival of midsummer, Nanjing Feeling Rubber & Plastic Produces Co., Ltd.'s factory enters its busiest production season of the year.
From July to August, the company’s EPDM granule and prefabricated coil production lines are running at full capacity to meet the continued growth in domestic and international market demand.
Production and sales are booming, with orders for EPDM granules and prefabricated membranes surging.
Since the beginning of summer, projects such as sports stadiums, school running tracks, kindergarten activity areas, and municipal fitness trails have entered a period of intense construction, significantly increasing market demand for environmentally friendly, high-performance paving materials.
All production lines are currently operating at full capacity to ensure timely order delivery.
By optimizing production processes and strengthening supply chain management, we are further increasing production capacity while ensuring product quality.
Scientific scheduling ensures stable production during the hot season.
Faced with the summer’s scorching temperatures, the company actively implemented heatstroke prevention and cooling measures to ensure production safety and employee health. By rationally arranging work hours, improving workshop ventilation and cooling equipment maintenance, and providing heatstroke prevention supplies, we created a favorable working environment for employees and ensured smooth production.
At the same time, the quality department increased the frequency of testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure that each batch of products met strict quality standards. The logistics department also proactively planned transportation plans, optimized delivery processes, shortened lead times, and improved customer satisfaction.
Looking ahead, Nanjing Feeling will continue to drive innovation and upgrades in the industry.
