EPDM Rubber granules for Safe Sports Fields Flooring

This is a project completed in 2020, located in a small amusement park in a residential area, with a relatively small total land area. According to the customer’s request, we have selected dark rubber particles in this venue to cope with prolonged outdoor sun exposure.

EPDM rubber granules are mixed with polyurethane adhesive to form an elastic surface, effectively absorbing impact force, reducing fall related injuries, and ensuring safety and comfort. The non-toxic ingredients of this material ensure compliance with health standards, as it does not contain harmful substances such as MDI or benzene derivatives Children can run, jump, or play comfortably on soft insulated surfaces, stay warm in cold weather, and cool in sunlight.
