Frequently Asked Questions
A: Our track system meets global mainstream venue standards and environmental regulations, including EU REACH, RoHS, and international athletic venue performance specifications. All sports mechanical indicators (shock absorption, vertical deformation, anti-slip performance) conform to universal international training venue standards, suitable for global school and public sports projects.
A: The spray-coat track features a breathable porous structure, no blistering or delamination in high-temperature and humid climates, and has lower requirements for foundation waterproofing. It offers higher cost performance, convenient partial repair, and strong global climate adaptability. Prefabricated tracks are mainly used for top-level professional competitions, with higher costs and stricter foundation requirements. The spray-coat type is the preferred solution for most overseas educational and public training venues.
A: The surface layer adopts 100% high-purity virgin EPDM rubber particles (rubber content ≥30%), no recycled rubber, no impurity powder. It features excellent UV resistance, fade resistance and aging resistance, avoiding yellowing, powdering and cracking problems of inferior recycled materials, and meets international environmental and durability requirements.
A: Yes. The all-weather breathable structure is suitable for tropical high-temperature rainy areas, subtropical humid zones, temperate dry regions and low-temperature cold zones. It maintains stable elasticity and flatness within the temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃, no blistering in summer, no brittle cracking in winter, adapting to diverse global climatic conditions.
A: Under standard construction and daily regular maintenance, the normal service life is 8–12 years. The integrated spray molding process ensures firm particle adhesion, effectively avoiding common problems such as particle shedding and surface damage, greatly reducing long-term replacement costs for overseas projects.
A: Absolutely safe. The whole system uses solvent-free environmentally friendly polyurethane and virgin rubber materials, with ultra-low TVOC and formaldehyde emission, no carcinogenic substances and heavy metal residues. It passes EU authoritative environmental tests, features low odor and fast volatilization, and is fully applicable to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools with strict safety standards worldwide.
A: No water accumulation. The three-dimensional interconnected porous structure cooperates with the standard 0.3%–0.8% field slope to realize rapid water penetration and drainage. After light rain, the venue can be dried and put into use within 1–2 hours; no waterlogging or muddy surface, ensuring high venue utilization.
A: Yes. The track supports partial targeted repair. For local scratches, wear or damage, only polishing cleaning and secondary targeted spraying are required, without overall demolition and repaving. It saves maintenance time and project cost, which is very suitable for long-term operation of overseas public venues.
A: We support customized multi-specification thicknesses according to regional project needs. The standard international conventional thickness is 13mm. Optional customized thicknesses include 8mm (light fitness venues), 10mm (conventional training venues), and 16mm (high-frequency professional training venues) to meet differentiated needs of different overseas projects.
A: Yes. We support customized EPDM surface colors (red, blue, green, gray and other conventional colors, as well as personalized custom colors). Meanwhile, we can strictly follow international athletic field marking standards to complete precise line painting, meeting the venue requirements of global amateur competitions, school teaching and daily training.
