Sports Centre Prefabricated Running Track

This project is a local government project located in Hangzhou. We will follow the construction of a 400 meter new track for the sports center, covering an area of approximately 8400 square meters. The building was completed in 2021 and all materials have obtained Level 2 certification from the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). The friction coefficient will be within the range of 0.8-1.2, accurately adapting to the dual needs of short distance sprinting and long-distance running buffering.

Considering the user’s usage,we used 13mm thick prefabricated running track roll material for this construction.This thickness has been carefully considered. This specific thickness can provide precise cushioning effect for athletes. When the athlete’s feet come into contact with the track, the track can effectively absorb the impact force, avoiding excessive reaction force from damaging the athlete’s joints, muscles, etc. At the same time, it can provide athletes with sufficient rebound assistance, which is particularly crucial for sports that require explosive power and speed, such as sprinting, long jump, etc., helping athletes to perform at their best competitive level during the exercise process.

Prefabrication is a prominent feature of this running track. In terms of technology, this feature brings huge advantages. Compared to the traditional on-site pouring construction method for running track, the laying of prefabricated runways greatly shortens the construction period. Traditional construction often requires a long time for on-site preparation, pouring, and waiting for solidification, while prefabricated rubber running track only need to transport the prefabricated modules to the site for rapid laying. This not only reduces the long-term occupation of the site but also reduces the impact of uncontrollable factors that may occur during the construction process on the construction progress. Moreover, due to strict quality control during the production process of prefabricated running track modules, their flatness and specifications are precisely guaranteed.

In terms of material selection, the prefabricated running track uses high-quality environmentally friendly materials. This material has multiple excellent properties. Its wear resistance enables the running track to withstand the wear and tear of a large number of people walking, running, and other activities during long-term and frequent use, and is not prone to surface damage, dents, and other problems, thereby ensuring the service life of the running track.
