Custom EPDM Rubber Granules Turf Infill for Sports Fields
This stadium project was completed by us in 2023, and we chose to customize green EPDM particles as lawn filling material.We choose the amount of granules based on the height of the artificial grass, usually requiring a filling of 3-7KG and a thickness of 3-7cm.
Using EPDM granules as lawn filling is more convenient for installation and maintenance. Typically, 25-35kg/m ² EPDM filling is applied to newly laid synthetic grass.Use an electric brush to evenly distribute particles between the fibers. Adjust the filling depth according to the specific requirements of the sport, 25mm (football)/28mm (American football)/18mm (hockey). Maintenance is also effortless, usually supplemented annually (3-5% filling amount), rotated and brushed every two weeks to prevent compaction.
