Our Production Center is located in Qiaolin Industrial Park, Pukou National Economic Development Zone, Nanjing. It has a number of world-leading EPDM material production lines. INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEM

The whole production system including emulsion, additives, fillers and other conveying ingredients control, level measurement and transportation control, as well as the measurement and transmission of the middle storage tank are adopted automatic valve and computer central processor precise control, stable and reliable.
The whole production process adopts German Siemens WICC monitoring configuration software, integrated with a variety of automation equipment and control software, forming the required operation screen, monitoring screen, control screen at a glance, the whole process recorded online.
EPDM pellet production exceeds 200,000 tons per year.

BIG DATA PRODUCTION CENTER

Large Machine Operation Center
Adopt large integrated production equipment, automatic equipment power pump, filler, emulsion, pigment, additives four raw materials all automatic filling, large machine integrated system operation center. Bulk Cargo Transfer Center
All raw materials are stored and processed in tonnage tanks, which are directly connected with integrated production system and power pump equipment. Through N+1 power pump and system, they are distributed to Feineng laboratory for data formulation, fine production, achieving bulk cargo transfer efficiency.

Large Capacity Production Center
The workshop covers an area of 20,000 square meters to achieve daily production capacity of 1,000 tons. Through internal RESEARCH and development laboratory as the brain, large cargo transfer center coordination, to achieve large capacity stability and quality assurance.

Big Data Analysis Center
For a long time, Feineng has designated inspection agencies (“National Engineering Composite Material Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center” – Jiangsu Province Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute) to establish strategic partnership.
