Polyurethane track is a professional sports field paving system with polyurethane (PU) as the core material. It is composed of polyurethane prepolymer, mixed polyether, waste tire rubber, EPDM particles, etc. As a competitive material certified by the IAAF, it has the following core characteristics:
The impact absorption rate of polyurethane track is 35%-50%, which can reduce the damage of sports impact to joints by 40%. The fully plastic track uses pure polyurethane elastomer with an energy return rate of ≥20%, helping athletes to increase their sprint speed by 0.2-1.03 seconds and long jump results by 20-30 cm.
The permeable drainage structure design can drain the accumulated water within 30 minutes after heavy rain. The surface anti-slip particles (friction coefficient ≥0.7) and the non-porous structure ensure that there is no accumulated water bubbling on rainy and snowy days, and meet the stable use in extreme climates from -40℃ to 120℃.
The wear-resistant life is 8-15 years, and the anti-ultraviolet formula can keep the color from fading for 10 years, reducing the maintenance cost by 70% (only need to rinse with clean water, local repair does not need overall renovation).
Solvent-free products have completely eliminated the traditional TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and MOCA systems, with a VOC content of ≤5g/L, and passed the EN71-3 toy safety standard, REACH regulations and GB 36246-2018 environmental certification. ETPU runway (thermoplastic foam particles) uses 100% recyclable materials, and the impact absorption rate is increased to 35%-50%.
Base layer: 50-100mm thick asphalt or concrete foundation, flatness error ≤3mm/3m, moisture content ≤5%, acid washing is required to remove floating dust and lay a waterproof film to isolate groundwater.
Buffer layer: polyurethane slurry mixed with black rubber particles (particle size 2-4mm), thickness ≥10mm, providing uniform elastic support.
Surface layer: pure polyurethane slurry is scraped flat and then sprayed with EPDM colored anti-slip particles (particle size 0.5-3mm), thickness 1.5-3mm, and the two-way spraying process ensures seamless integrated molding.
Basic treatment: site cleaning → brushing primer → flatness detection (3-meter ruler error ≤2mm, qualified rate ≥85%) → drainage slope calibration (horizontal ≤1%, vertical ≤0.1%).
Layered construction: mechanical paving of the bottom layer (glue and particle ratio 1:6-1:8) → curing for 24 hours → surface spraying of EPDM particles → marking (total station positioning error ≤2mm) → put into use after 7 days of maintenance.
